FAQ's
We try to anticipate questions you might have about renting a bounce house and provide the answers here. If you need additional information send email to info@ibouncedallas.com or call us at 214-536-9931

1.Can I have my event at a park?

You should be able to obtain a permit from your local parks and recreation department to have your party in a park, and to have an inflatable. Please be aware that the regulations for this vary widely from city to city. Some things to ask about are:
Does the park supply electricity near the area you are reserving in order to run the inflatable? Many parks do, but if not, we can provide a generator for rent that will power any of our units for an extended period of time. (at least 4-6 hours depending on the unit)  Do you need any special permitting to run the inflatable?  Does the city require that we list them as co-insured on our insurance policy?

2.Are your inflatables clean?

YES! We clean our bouncers with a cleaner / sanitizer / disinfectant after every use, to prevent the spread of sickness. Our inflatables are also given regular top to bottom cleanings to ensure that they stay in the best condition for your events. We also take the extra step of setting up our wet units to dry during unused days during the week, so that we may prevent mold and mildew.

3.What time will you be here? What time do you pick up?

We drop off the day of the event/party no later than 12 pm, and pick up the next day (if a home or secured area) about the same time of drop off.

4.What's your weather policy?

Important: Regardless of the situation, once any unit has been delivered, you will be charged the full price for the rental. That being said, if the forecast for the day of your event calls for inclement weather, we will call you the morning of your event to determine the proper course of action. If the forecast for the area is a 50% chance or higher for heavy storms, continued winds in excess of 20 mph, or lightning, we will likely not deliver or set up the unit, and any fees you have paid will be refunded, or you may choose to apply them towards a future rental. If the forecast calls for any other type of inclement weather, then we will work with you to determine what the best plan of action is. You have the right to cancel up until the time of delivery without financial penalty due to the chance of rain. Again, if the unit IS delivered, and your event ends up being rained out, we hope you understand why we will not issue a refund. We have the same amount of work in delivery and set up regardless, and in fact, a wet unit is substantially more work for us due to the extra weight and drying time necessary following the pickup.

Please note that our dry units are NOT designed to get wet. A wet bouncer or slide not designed for water use is very slippery and a safety hazard. If you have a unit that has gotten wet, please take the time to dry it with a towel before resuming use.
